Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
- Perishable goods (such as herbal powders, capsules, syrups, or oils once opened)
- Personal care and intimate products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Items marked as final sale
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns must be processed through ospher.in.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Products returned after 30 days of delivery
- Opened items where hygiene or quality may be compromised
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur.
- Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. For exchanges, email us at support@ospher.in and send your product to our return address provided in communication.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the return address provided by our support team after you initiate a return request.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products without tracking.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
