RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you aren’t thrilled with your purchase, we’re here to help.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be requested within one hour of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Note: Prepaid orders are not eligible for a cash refund on cancellation. If you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, we will issue a store credit/credit voucher equal to the paid amount for future purchases.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

Our return window lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• You received a different product than what you ordered. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery so we can process your return request.

• You received a damaged or defective product. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Return eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take up to 10–12 business days to reflect.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your card issuer/payment provider—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

3. If it’s been more than 12 business days since our approval and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@ospher.in or +91 88475 58905.

SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during sale/discount are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@ospher.in within 24 hours of delivery, then send the item to the return address listed above.
(There is no exchange on sale/discounted items.)
